Locally Brewed - Famously Fresh
NBC will be out at the Navasota Reds, Wheats, and Blues beer and wine festival on Saturday, December 16, 2017 starting at 4pm. Four NBC beers will be available for tasting;
We will also do a brewing demonstration in Blues Alley starting at 2pm. Come by and learn how to make world class beer!
Join us today (Saturday, August 12) to brew a fall tradition – Oktoberfest. We call it “Pickelhaube Festbier” because, well, come out and we’ll explain.
Come by WC Mercantile in downtown Navasota today (August 12) between 10 and 6 and help us make it. We will also have samples of our LaSalle’s Lager while supplies last. Come on over, learn about the history of Marzen (the base style of Oktoberfest), learn to brew, drink some beer, knit a sweater, and chill out.
Join us today (Saturday) to brew a beautifully light Mexican Summer Lager. We call it “LaSalle’s Lager” because after you drink it, you’ll want to take a break from “LaSalle” of this running around.

Navasota Brewing Cooperative recently entered two of their spring brews in the National Homebrew Competition. Both won awards and one advanced to the regional Best of Show. Our Mudcat Brown received a Silver Medal with a score of 30.5, while our Pecan Porter received a Gold Medal at 41.5 and advanced to the Best of Show for the regional group.
Today is the first Saturday of the month and normally we brew. But today is Final Review at Texas A&M University and tomorrow is a certain little girl’s First Communion.
SO, rather than brew today, NBC brewers will be out at Mad Ass Pizza from 5pm until whenever to finish off the award winning Pecan Porter we made in March, and start on the Rattler IPA we made last month. Come out, get some pizza from Mark, and share a pint with Navasota’s only award-winning brewers. We’ll show you our National Homebrew Competition certificates and brag about how good we are.
